The software you write operates in orbit, on autonomous platforms, and inside defense programs that protect people. The stakes are real and so is the impact.
Our teams are deliberately small and experienced. You will work alongside engineers with deep domain expertise. Mentorship is mutual and knowledge-sharing is expected.
Architecture decisions are made by engineers, not overridden by process. Quality, maintainability, and reliability are non-negotiable standards from day one.
We operate across multiple countries. Every role is remote-eligible. We provide the infrastructure, tooling, and asynchronous working culture to support distributed teams effectively.
Botron is expanding rapidly. Engineers who join now take on program ownership, shape technical direction, and build the teams around them. This is not a lateral move.
We sponsor and maintain security clearances for applicable roles. If you hold an active clearance, we will put it to meaningful use. If not, we will support the process where the role requires it.
